Hi, Im Destiny! I have been a makeup artist and curl specialist for 3 years, but my love for beauty starts long before that.

Growing up, I was always the “girly girl” experimenting with everything beauty related: nails, hair, skincare, and my favorite of all…. makeup! I spent countless hours in my room DIY-ing looks and perfecting techniques. So, when it came time to choose a career after high school, no one was surprised when I enrolled in cosmetology school.

Funny enough, my original plan was to attend esthetician school, but cosmetology was the only program available at the time. Looking back, it was truly a blessing. In cosmetology school, I discovered that I could specialize in curly hair and focus on natural textures! A path I never expected but instantly fell in love with. That’s when I decided to take on two titles makeup artist and curl specialist! And the brand DIVAADESSY was born!

(Fun fact: divaadessy is actually my childhood nickname, but you can call me Destiny :)
